Don’t Be Slow, Jimmy Joe

80 pages

“Work comes before play,” Daddy would say. But bugs, caterpillars, and big fat worms are so tempting to watch that Jimmy Joe forgets to keep at it. One day when Grandpa comes, Jimmy Joe learns a lesson he does not forget. The next time Grandpa visits, Jimmy Joe makes sure he is ready to go on a walk with him. Now he finds out there is a good time to be slow. Full-color illustrations
